Social media marketing can be overwhelming for businesses. Knowing how and where to be involved with the “conversation” online is essential for making social media a worthwhile marketing channel.
I started in the social world by launching the social media marketing efforts for InsureMe when social media was in its infancy. We utilized video, blogging and niche social media channels to drive consumer interaction and conversions.
As the social media space got hot, I helped create a social media service used by over 200 companies in the IT industry that utilizes Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging to make client connections, entertain, and educate. The system only required a single employee to manage the social media posting and updates for over 300 client companies.
